Due to the Governor’s order regarding COVID-19, the Pennsylvania Historical & Museum Commission offices and museums throughout the state are closed through
We encourage practicing social distancing while enjoying the grounds of our historic sites and museums, avoiding groups and crowds. Visitors should be respectful of our grounds--please use the bathroom before you leave home. Please take all trash with you when you leave. Buildings and grounds are being monitored for security purposes.
Thank you for being a good steward of Pennsylvania’s historic sites and museums!
For information on the Coronavirus (COVID-19), visit the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Thank you and stay safe.
Although on-site activities are canceled, staff and volunteers at Trails of History sites are providing activities and information on social media. Some are more active than others. Some have started moving events online as well. To help you find what's new, I've included links to their Facebook pages below (and you can get to their other social media from there). The March program page has a list of website addresses.
